● Custom workstations for Florida businesses. Not for home use

Workstations built for your software and set up at your desk

Custom workstations for architects and engineers, video and audio studios, 3D and rendering, AI and data teams, trading desks. We choose the parts for the software you actually run, build each machine and run it flat out for a day before it leaves, then deliver it, move your files across and connect it to your Microsoft 365 the same visit. Parts at our cost, one published build fee, and a warranty that is inside the price.

What you are paying for

Nobody earns money on the parts. You are paying for the build, the testing and the person who answers in year two

A workstation is a list of components that anyone can price online in ten minutes, assembled by someone who has to get it right. No builder, large or small, is living off the parts. What you are actually buying is the choice of parts, the assembly, the testing, the setup, and whoever answers when it misbehaves in year two. That is why we bill parts at our cost plus a sourcing line you can see, and charge a flat fee for the work, published before you ask. A national builder ships the result in a box.

We deliver it instead. Every workstation is built to order, paid for before parts are ordered, assembled and run flat out for twenty-four hours, and then driven to your office in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, where it is set up at the desk, your files are moved from the old machine, the new one is connected to your Microsoft 365, and the old drive is wiped with a certificate. Outside those five cities it ships insured and the same setup is done remotely with you on the call. A builder in another state cannot do the second half of that sentence, and the second half is where most of the trouble in a workstation's life comes from.

Two things we do not build. We do not build gaming or home PCs: the big brands buy memory and graphics cards in bulk at prices a small builder cannot match in 2026, and any big electronics retailer will assemble a gaming build for anyone who wants one. And we do not build plain office desktops. Dell, Lenovo and HP sell those with a single warranty and next day on-site service for less than any custom machine, so we resell them and earn on the setup. Custom building earns its place only where the software is demanding enough that the parts have to be chosen for it: Revit, SolidWorks, Resolve, an AI model running on your own machine, a twelve-monitor trading desk.

One more thing about 2026. Component prices move weekly, and not gently: memory kits and professional graphics cards have moved by multiples inside a year. That is why a quote is good for 72 hours, why your payment locks it, and why small moves after that are ours to absorb. The rules are in the price list below and in the FAQ, and no specification is ever lowered without your written approval.

A national builder ships a box. We charge a build fee published up front, deliver it to the desk, and stay responsible for it.

Who these are built for

Four kinds of desk where an off-the-shelf machine is the wrong tool

Each has a software maker that publishes what hardware it wants, and each machine is timed on that software before it leaves the bench.

Architects and engineers (CAD and BIM)

Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Civil 3D want a fast processor and a professional graphics card whose drivers the software maker has certified. Shared office licences for Autodesk and the rest are set up on the same visit.

Video, photo and audio

Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools want processing cores, memory and fast working storage, plus capture cards and audio interfaces that are set up and tested, not just plugged in.

AI and rendering

AI models running on your own machine, training runs and render machines with one to four graphics cards, Linux or Windows and Linux side by side, driver versions fixed, and the power and heat tested with everything running flat out before delivery.

Trading desks

Many monitors, quiet cooling and a machine that does not hiccup during the session. Delivered and set up at the desk, with your own spare parts on our shelf if downtime is the thing you cannot afford.

Three tiers, one build fee each

Parts at cost. You pay for the build, the testing and the warranty

The fee is the same whatever the parts cost. Parts are billed at our cost plus a sourcing and price-lock line shown on its own, so you can check every component against retail.

Studio

$595build and testing fee

Parts typically $2,000 to $4,000, at cost plus the sourcing line. Video, photo and streaming studios, audio production.

  • Assembled, updated and tested under full load
  • Run flat out for 24 hours before it leaves (the burn-in), with the temperature log kept
  • Your software set up: Adobe, Resolve, OBS, your audio tools
  • Capture cards and audio gear connected and tested
  • Delivered and set up at your desk
  • Windows 11 Pro, 2-year labour Limited Warranty inside the price
Most chosen

Pro Workstation

$995build and testing fee

Parts typically $3,500 to $8,000, at cost plus the sourcing line. CAD and BIM, engineering, post-production, trading desks.

  • Everything in Studio
  • Parts chosen against what your software's maker recommends
  • Timed on your own application, not a generic test score
  • A written test report kept with the machine
  • Your files and settings moved from one old PC, its drive wiped with a certificate
  • Joined to your Microsoft 365 so it is managed like your other computers
  • 3 years parts and labour, Limited Warranty inside the price

AI / Render

$1,495build and testing fee, 1 to 2 graphics cards

$2,195 for 3 to 4 graphics cards. Parts from $6,000, at cost plus the sourcing line. AI teams and render machines.

  • Everything in Pro
  • Power and heat tested with every graphics card running flat out at once
  • Linux, or Windows and Linux side by side, with the software NVIDIA's cards need (CUDA), included
  • Driver versions fixed and written down, so an update cannot break a working machine
  • Advice on the room's electrical circuit (advice only, we do no electrical work)
  • 3 years parts and labour, Limited Warranty inside the price

Business clients only. Florida sales tax applies to the whole sale, build fee included. The warranty is inside the price and is never sold as a separate item.

How a build runs

From quote to a workstation at your desk

Built to order, in writing at every step, with nothing ordered until you have paid and nothing lowered without your approval.

We ask what you run, then quote

We ask what software you use and how you work, read what its maker recommends, and send an itemised quote: every part at our cost, the sourcing and price-lock line, the build fee and the warranty terms. A Windows 11 Pro licence is on every build.

Valid 72 hours

Your payment locks the quote

Bank debit, wire or approved terms, before anything is ordered. We hold no stock on your behalf, so the price you approved is the price that gets ordered against.

Before parts

Parts ordered

Within one business day of payment. A price move of up to 3 percent of the parts total in that window is ours to absorb; above it, you decide. Once parts are ordered the price is fixed either way.

1 business day

Built and run flat out for a day

The machine is assembled with every serial number logged, updated, and then run at full load for 24 hours while temperatures and power draw are recorded. Your own application is timed on it. The 24 hours are never shortened, rush or not, because a part that is going to fail usually does it on the first day under load, and we would rather that happen on our bench.

5 to 7 business days after parts arrive

Delivery and setup

At the desk in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, with no travel charge. Elsewhere, insured shipping and a remote setup. Displays and dock connected, your software signed in, your files moved from the old machine, the workstation joined to your Microsoft 365, and the old drive wiped with a certificate.

On site

Thirty days in

We check the machine's temperature and error logs against the delivery report and go through anything that has come up. If the machine is on Workstation Care, this becomes the monthly routine; if not, the Limited Warranty still covers it.

Follow-up
What ships with the machine

A workstation arrives with its own file

Everything a second technician would need to understand the machine without calling us. You do not need to read it; whoever services the machine next will.

The build file

  • Build sheet with every component, serial number and firmware version
  • Photographs of the assembled machine, including each graphics card's power connector seated
  • Temperature and power report from the 24-hour burn-in
  • Timing results on your own application
  • Driver versions, and for AI builds the exact versions of NVIDIA's CUDA software installed

In the box

  • Recovery USB for the installed operating system
  • Windows 11 Pro licence, preinstalled on the complete system
  • The Limited Warranty document, the same one published before the sale
  • Labelled drives and a note of what each one holds
  • Spare screws, brackets and the parts' own warranty cards

For the old machine

  • Record of what was moved: user profiles, files, browser data and application settings
  • Chain-of-custody form from the moment we take the old drive
  • Certificate that each drive was wiped to the federal standard (NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2), per serial number
  • Collection of the retired machine for certified recycling, on request
Why buy it from us

Three things a shipped box cannot do

It is set up at your desk

Delivery, display and dock setup, moving your files, connecting it to your Microsoft 365 and wiping the old drive with a certificate happen in one visit, in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. A national builder ends at the courier.

The parts are chosen for your software

Each build starts from what the software maker itself recommends and ends with a timed run on that software. A spec sheet that scores well on a generic test and stutters in Revit has failed.

The warranty is inside the price

2 years of labour on Studio, 3 years of parts and labour on Pro and AI / Render, published before the sale as a Limited Warranty, and never sold as a separate item. We handle every manufacturer claim so you do not.

FAQ

Custom workstations. Questions owners ask

Do you build gaming PCs?

No, and the reason is arithmetic rather than snobbery. In 2026 the big brands buy memory and graphics cards in bulk at prices that let their prebuilt gaming machines match or beat a retail parts list, and a small builder buying at retail cannot compete on that price. Any big electronics retailer will assemble a gaming build for anyone who wants one. We build for businesses whose software is demanding enough that the parts have to be chosen for it, and we service those machines for years afterwards. That is a different product.

Do you build ordinary office desktops?

No. Dell, Lenovo and HP sell business desktops with a single warranty, next business day on-site service and factory registration into Microsoft's management tools for less than any custom machine can be built and supported for. For plain office work we resell those, set them up, connect them to your Microsoft 365 and support them, and we tell you so rather than selling you a custom box you do not need. Custom building earns its place only where the software needs it.

What does the warranty cover, and why is it not sold separately?

Every workstation carries a written Limited Warranty, published before the sale and inside the price. Studio: 2 years of labour, with parts claims handled by us through the manufacturers' own warranties. Pro Workstation and AI / Render: 3 years of parts and labour, which we deliver by choosing only components whose manufacturer warranty runs three years or longer and by handling every claim ourselves. It is never a separate line because Florida law treats a repair warranty sold for its own charge as a service warranty that needs an Office of Insurance Regulation licence, and because a warranty you have to pay extra for is a warranty most people decline. It is titled "Limited Warranty" as federal law requires, and nothing in it is conditional on buying parts from us.

Does Florida sales tax apply to the build fee?

Yes, to the whole sale. Florida defines the taxable sales price as the total amount paid for the goods including any services that are part of the sale, so when we sell you a workstation the parts, the sourcing line and the build fee are all taxed together at your county's rate. The quote shows it as its own line so there is no surprise on the invoice. Businesses buying with a valid resale or exemption certificate are handled accordingly.

What happens if a part's price jumps after I accept the quote?

Small moves are ours, big ones are your call. A quote is valid for 72 hours, and your payment locks it. Parts are ordered within one business day of payment. If a part's cost moves or it goes out of stock in that window and the difference is 3 percent of the parts total or less, we absorb it; that is what the sourcing and price-lock line pays for. If the move is larger, you choose: approve the new price at cost plus the same markup, take a named equal-or-better alternative at the quoted price if one exists, wait for the price to settle, or cancel and keep the full payment as Appluex credit for any service or another build. There are no cash refunds. Once parts are ordered the price is fixed, later moves in either direction are ours, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Can you substitute a part without telling me?

Only a swap of brand for an identical specification, such as one 1 TB drive for another of the same speed, endurance and warranty, and even that is named on the build sheet. The processor, the graphics card, the amount of memory, the storage capacity, or anything that would lower a specification never changes without your written approval. If you change the specification after ordering, it is re-quoted as a new quote and the sourcing line applies to the new parts only.

Can we lease the workstations instead of buying them?

Yes, for business buyers, through a leasing partner such as TD SYNNEX Capital or LEAF Commercial Capital, on terms that typically run from 12 to 60 months with fair market value or one-dollar buyout options, subject to the lessor's approval. We do not publish a monthly figure because the lessor sets the rate on your application, not us; what we do is deliver the quote in the form the lessor needs and hand over the machines once they approve it. We never lease to consumers.

Do you follow what our software's maker recommends?

Yes, that is where every build starts. Autodesk, Dassault, Adobe, Blackmagic and the rest publish hardware guidance and, for professional graphics cards, lists of certified drivers, and a Pro Workstation is specified against that document for the software you actually run. Then it is timed on that software before delivery, because a configuration that passes a generic test and stutters in your model has failed. Where a maker's certification requires a specific professional graphics card, we say so and price it, and we do not quietly swap in a gaming card to hit a number.

Why Windows 11 Pro on every build?

Because a business workstation has to join your Microsoft 365, be managed alongside your other computers, and have its drive encrypted so a stolen machine does not mean stolen files, and the Home edition can do none of that. Microsoft 365 business subscriptions cannot upgrade a Home installation either, so starting on Home means buying the upgrade later. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled on the complete system under the system builder licence, and we are its first line of support.

Why are the parts billed at cost plus a visible line instead of one price?

Because you can price a graphics card in ten minutes, and you should. Parts are billed at our cost plus a sourcing and price-lock line of 8 percent, falling to 5 percent on the part of a parts bill above $10,000. That line pays for ordering, receiving, returns, and for absorbing small price moves between your payment and the order. Folding it into the component prices would make every line look a little high and invite line-by-line haggling; showing it says plainly what you pay for the parts and what you pay for the service. The build fee is the same whatever the parts cost.

What happens to the old computer and its data?

On a Pro Workstation one old PC's move is included: user profiles, files, browser data and transferable application settings, up to 1 TB. Each additional PC is a published add-on. The old drive is wiped to the federal standard for erasing data (NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2), with a chain-of-custody form from the moment we take it and a certificate per drive serial number, which is what Florida's information protection law expects when a third party disposes of records. The retired machine can be collected for certified recycling, or left with you.

How long does a build take?

Five to seven business days after the parts arrive, of which twenty-four hours is the machine running flat out unattended. How long the parts take depends on what the distributors have in stock on the day, and the quote states it. A rush build is ready two business days after parts arrive, with rush freight at cost, and even on a rush the 24 hours are never shortened, because the boards and processors that are going to fail tend to do it in the first day under load, and we would rather that happen on our bench.

Our AI workstation has four graphics cards. Can you sort out the power?

We test the machine's own power and heat with everything running flat out and tell you, in writing, what it draws from the wall and what that means for the circuit it is going on, including whether it should have a circuit to itself. That is advice only. We do no electrical work and no cabling; where the room needs a new circuit, a licensed electrical contractor does it under a contract with you directly, and we are happy to brief them.

We are outside Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. Can you still deliver?

Yes. Delivery and desk setup are included in those five cities, with no travel charge. Everywhere else, Miami included, the workstation ships insured at cost, packed the way it was tested, and the setup is done remotely with you on the call: displays and dock, your software signed in, your files moved from the old machine and the workstation joined to your Microsoft 365, the same list as the visit.

Can I just buy the parts from you, or buy a machine off the shelf?

No. We build to order only and hold no stock beyond a diagnostic spares kit, because in 2026 holding components is a bet on prices that move weekly, and we would rather pass you our cost on the day than carry that bet into your quote. If you want to keep spares for your own machines, that is a published option: parts at cost plus the sourcing line, assembled into a kit and tested, stored on our shelf labelled to you.
