Let's build something worth shipping

A polished MVP typically takes 8 to 16 weeks from a signed scope, depending on features, integrations and how quickly feedback comes back. Larger platforms run longer. We work in short, visible milestones so you see progress every week and can adjust scope as we go.

Yes. We build native iOS and Android apps as well as cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native, plus fast, SEO-ready web applications. Whichever best fits your users and budget.

Both. We've shipped products for early-stage startups and growing enterprises across dating, fitness, agriculture, education, and e-commerce. Adapting our process to your stage and goals.

We don't disappear at launch. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and feature development, so your product keeps improving without you ever having to switch agencies.

Discovery comes first. Before anyone writes code we map the problem, the people who have it, and the shortest route to something worth shipping. That produces a product design brief, wireframes, and a clickable prototype you can put in front of real users. Only then does UI/UX design turn into a build. Finding out that a screen does not work costs an afternoon at that stage and a release cycle later, which is the whole reason we front-load it.

In short sprints, using agile working agreements adapted from scrum rather than a ceremony calendar for its own sake. Each week there is a planning conversation, a demo of software that actually runs, and a written note of what moved and what did not. You get a staging build rather than a status report. QA and automated testing run alongside development instead of being saved for a phase at the end, so defects surface while they are still cheap to fix.

Yes, and the constraints shape the architecture from the first sprint instead of being bolted on before launch. For a healthcare product that touches protected health information, HIPAA drives encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and a signed agreement with every subprocessor that touches the data. For fintech, it is identity verification, card data that is tokenized so it never reaches our servers, and a reconciliation trail somebody can audit. Where a requirement needs a specialist we are not, we say so before you sign anything.

Yes. Ecommerce work is rarely just a storefront. It is the storefront, a payment processor, inventory that stays in sync, and an admin your team can operate without calling us. We build custom and headless commerce on modern frameworks, integrate Stripe or whichever processor you already use, and connect the systems behind the counter so that orders, stock, and fulfilment agree with each other on a busy day rather than a quiet one.

The repositories, the cloud accounts and your data are set up in your name from the first day, so you are never locked in. Ownership of the custom code and designs passes to you milestone by milestone, as each one is paid, and the contract says so before the first sprint. Our own general-purpose tools stay ours and you get a permanent licence to the ones inside your product. We hand over documentation and a runbook with the work. Clients who can leave easily and do not are a better sign than clients who cannot.

Often, yes, and it starts with a paid audit rather than a promise. We read the codebase, the infrastructure, and the backlog, then tell you what is worth keeping, what should be rewritten, and roughly what each path costs. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper than rescuing, and you deserve to hear that in the first week rather than after six months of firefighting.
