If a place you need is not listed here, it is not a limit, it just means we have not written the page yet.
Miami-Dade
Cities and communities in our own county, where meeting in person is a short drive rather than a flight.
Miami-Dade is not one market. Hialeah runs in Spanish, Doral moves freight, Coral Gables holds other people's confidential files, Miami Beach serves a customer who is here once and gone tomorrow. A restaurant group in Kendall and a law practice in Pinecrest can be a few miles apart and still need completely different software, bought for different reasons, on different budgets. So each city page below starts from what that market actually buys and why, and the software conversation follows from there. Read the one closest to your situation first, even if it is not the city you are in: the premise matters more than the zip code.

Outside Miami-Dade the premise of every page changes. Nobody in Fort Myers or Jacksonville is asking whether we can drop by, so each of these pages is honest about that from the first line and then gets on with the market itself: what businesses there actually buy, what breaks, and what a build has to survive. Across Florida the questions change shape. A buyer in Orlando or Tampa is rarely asking whether we can meet for coffee; they are asking how a project stays visible when the vendor is a few hours away. The answer is the way we already run every engagement: a written scope before any money moves, short milestones you can see and use, and a demo at the end of each one rather than a status email. National engagements add one more concern on top of delivery: ownership. When a company in another state hires a development agency it has never sat across a table from, the contract carries more weight, so ours assigns the intellectual property to you from day one and puts the scope, the milestones and the price in writing before work begins. Common questions about where we work
Do you have an office in each of these cities?
No, and no page here claims we do. Appluex is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and that is the only address we hold. A city page on this site means we work in that market and wrote about it, not that we rent space there. We publish that distinction on purpose: a virtual mailbox with a local zip code is cheap to buy, and plenty of agencies buy one per city. Ask any agency you are comparing the same question.
Can you take on projects outside the cities listed here?
Yes. This list is where we have written a page, not the boundary of where we work. We take engagements across Florida and the rest of the United States, delivered remotely in short milestones with a demo at the end of each one. If your city is not listed, nothing about the process changes; you simply start from the Florida or United States page instead of a city page.
Does it cost more to hire you from outside Miami?
No. Location does not change our pricing. Every engagement starts the same way wherever you are: a free scoping call, in English or Spanish, that ends with a written scope and a fixed estimate you keep whether or not you hire us. The estimate is priced from what the project needs, not from where you happen to be, and there is no travel line item because remote delivery is the default outside driving distance.
Will we meet in person or work remotely?
Inside Miami-Dade, meeting in person is a short drive, and for local clients we are glad to do it. Beyond driving distance, engagements run fully remotely, and they are structured so that distance costs you nothing in visibility: a written scope up front, short milestones, and working software you can open and try at the end of each one. Most of our Florida and national clients never need a single in-person meeting.
