PulseAI
PulseAI is a concept design exploring how a heart and vitals monitoring app could pair with a smartwatch to bring live BPM, ECG rhythm, and SpO2 together in one clear view. And use AI to help people understand the bigger picture of their cardiovascular wellness.
Wearables stream vitals continuously, but raw numbers rarely tell a story. The design challenge was turning a constant flow of BPM, ECG, and SpO2 readings into something meaningful. Surfacing trends and anomalies without overwhelming the user, and treating the privacy of sensitive health data as a first-class design priority rather than an afterthought.
The concept centers on a seamless smartwatch sync that mirrors live ECG, SpO2, and BPM on the phone. On top of that stream, AI-driven trend insights highlight patterns over days and weeks and gently flag unusual readings, with proactive alerts framed as wellness guidance rather than medical diagnosis. Health data is designed to stay private and under the user's control by default.
A closer look
PulseAI gave our team a way to explore a question every wearable app faces: what do you do with a firehose of data once the watch is on the wrist? We designed a dashboard that answers 'am I okay right now' first, with live BPM, ECG rhythm, and SpO2 up top, and pushed historical trends into a second layer for people who want to dig in.
Because the readings are health data, the concept treats consent and storage as design decisions rather than settings buried in a menu. AI-driven insights are written as wellness guidance, never as diagnosis, and anomaly flags are phrased to prompt a conversation with a clinician rather than to alarm.
As a concept, PulseAI is not FDA cleared and not a medical device, but the interaction patterns (calm live vitals, plain-language trends, and privacy that is visible to the user) reflect how we approach real health and wearable projects.

Common questions
Is PulseAI a real product or medical device?
No. PulseAI is a design concept, not a shipped app and not a medical device. It is not FDA cleared and does not diagnose.
What vitals does the PulseAI concept show?
Live heart rate (BPM), ECG rhythm, and blood-oxygen (SpO2), synced from a smartwatch, plus AI-driven trends over days and weeks.
How does the concept handle sensitive health data?
Privacy is designed in. The concept keeps health data under the user's control by default and frames AI insights as wellness guidance, not diagnosis.
Can Appluex build a real wearable health app?
Yes. Health and wearable work is part of what we do. A production build adds device SDKs, clinical review, and compliance. Contact us to scope it.
