House hunting drowns buyers in endless listings, slow and clunky search tools, and back-and-forth scheduling just to see a property. On top of that, thin or inconsistent listing data makes it hard to trust what you're looking at before committing your time.
We designed HomeVista around speed and clarity: fast filtered search paired with an interactive map showing price pins, media-rich listing pages that surface every detail at a glance, frictionless one-tap tour scheduling, and saved searches that keep buyers on top of new matches.
A closer look
HomeVista gave us a concept to solve the real friction in home hunting: the gap between browsing and actually seeing a place. We designed the map and the listing page to share one data model so price pins, filters, and detail pages never disagree, and put a single 'book a tour' action on every listing so scheduling is one tap, not a phone-tag thread.
Trust was the other half of the problem. Listings are only useful if the data is consistent, so the concept leans on media-rich detail pages, saved searches that alert on new matches, and side-by-side comparison so a buyer can weigh options without holding six tabs in their head.
HomeVista is a concept rather than a live marketplace, but it reflects how we think about search-heavy, map-driven products: fast filtering, honest data, and a short path from interest to action.
